I have recently jailbroke my iPod 2nd gen with 4.2 green poison. How do I get get free apps and free music?

Just go to Cydia and go to search then type Installous then let it load then reboot then go to installous and search for whatever app you want then tap on install and theres a list go to fileape.com (my preference, its faster) and then wait it should be in the downloads section then when finished look in the downloaded section and tap it then tap install then wait then it should say finished then it should be on the home screen.
