I’m looking forward to Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation and I really want to get it.
Are iPod touch apps free when they first come out? I dont have like a iTunes gift card to get the game if its paid when it comes out.

Not all :
* Some are free for a limited time (not necessarily when first come out).
* Some are free – but offered in a limited form (like only a few levels and options of a game).
